Pick up the imcoming call?

What do you mean by Pickup? Answer, send to a handset? Force a handset to auto answer?

Can you be more specific please.

If you're using AGI, then Use Answer().

I suggest you read this article on voip-info.org. It may help you better understand what exactly Answer does.

i really use AGI and use command ANSWER, but i have the prolem : Message: Failed to add AGI command to channel SIP/101-00000003 queue
to solve this problem i have to set AGI async in dialplan, but i do not know how can set it.
could you help me?

Async AGI is invoked by the AGI() application in the Asterisk dialplan. The argument to AGI() should be agi:async, as shown in the following example:
exten => 1234,1,AGI(agi:async)

the parameter in your script what doest it mean?
1234 => what is it?

and should i config in extension.config or extension_custom,.config?

it means extension number 1234, it's an example. You should edit whichever extensions.conf file you're able too, or supposed too. This of course depends on the distribution you're running (trixbox etc) or vanilla asterisk.

These questions are really more asterisk specific and NOT AsterNET. Maybe in future direct these types of questions to the Asterisk forums, mailing lists or IRC channel.
