I have figured out that the QueueEntry event is fired when a call comes into a queue. What is event is fired when a call leaves the queue and is delivered to a user?

Thanks in advance.

That depends on how the call left the queue. There are QueueCallerAbandonEvent and AgentConnectEvent events.
An AgentConnectEvent is triggered when a caller is connected to an agent.
QueueCallerAbandonEvent is fired when a caller leaves the queue without being connected to an Agent. Additional information is provided as to why. (exit key, hangup etc)
