I am working on CTI Application, between Oracle Rightnow CX and Softphone using Asterisk Server.

I am using Asternet.dll for implementing this, and i can able to create a call from my .net application. But I am stuck on "how to receive a call through asternet".

I am also supposed use Asternet as API Integration, I already have CTI Module but while interacting with asterisk server for that I am using asternet.

Now I can able to connect asterisk server and create a call to a particular extension with Asternet.__

Please advice and provide some samples for this.

Thanks in advance

I'm sorry, I don't understand the question. Could you explain exactly what it is you are using AsterNET to do.

AMI itself wont allow you to answer an incoming call. You can get events telling you about new calls (NewState) events.

If you want to see how to detect incoming calls, maybe have a little look at this example application (AstTray) https://asttray.codeplex.com/

I hope this helps.
